Home Image Includes:

Virtual Home Tour Includes:

$25-Additional stills (Up to 10 images can be added on any listing)
$50- Exterior / Seasonal Re-shoot (Up to 5 images on the exterior ONLY on a property already shot)
$75- Interior Re-shoot (Up to 5 images on the interior ONLY on a property already shot)
$75- Exterior Only (even if interior will be shot later but are just trying to get shots for the MLS)
$100- Exterior/Interior Re-shoot (Up to 10 images if a few are need for both interior and exterior)
$150- Twilight Shoot (Up to 5 images on the Exterior taken at sunset only)
* Travel fee added to properties more than 50 miles round trip from Elk River, MN (.57/mile)
* $50 charge for cancellations within 6 hours of the shoot. Also, if photographer is unable to gain access to home at the scheduled time, or if the property is not ready to shoot and has to come back to the property. Exceptions are made for bad weather only.
Weekday hours only (M-TH from 9-2pm) for shooting
Saturday/Sunday's by request only with an added fee of $30
Same day images available by request (when possible) with an added fee of $50
